As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. Role: Data Engineer proficient in Databricks and data mesh principles, responsible for adopting and enabling IBDF tools (DRS, DVP, and Datashield) to build governed, discoverable, and secure data products within the RevCentral domain.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with business needs.
- Monitor project progress and implement best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning within the team.

- Solid experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and architectures.
