Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to support customers, handle service enquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and service-related concerns through appropriate communication channels.
- Provide timely updates on shipment status, schedules, documentation, and delivery information.
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and logistics teams for effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service details, and communication updates.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of shipping, logistics,



or customer service operations is preferred.
- Good proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Relevant certification in Customer Service or Logistics is an added advantage.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional approach to customer handling and relationship management.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
