We are looking for a Design Engineer with hands-on experience in SolidWorks and mechanical design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating 3D models, engineering drawings, assemblies, and supporting design modifications based on project and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using SolidWorks.
- Prepare accurate 2D engineering and manufacturing drawings.
- Develop mechanical components and assemblies based on design specifications.
- Make design modifications and revisions based on engineering and production feedback.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and related design documentation.
- Ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and meet required specifications.
- Coordinate with production, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements.
- Understand basic GD&T;, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain proper engineering documentation and drawing standards.
- Participate in design reviews and resolve basic design-related issues.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Mechanical / Design Engineering.




- Positive hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, assemblies, and 2D drafting.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T; and engineering tolerances.
- Understanding of machining, fabrication, or sheet metal is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project timelines.

Candidate Preference

- Local candidates from Dehradun are preferred.
- Candidates from nearby/surrounding cities who can comfortably commute to Dehradun may also be considered.
- Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Dehradun.
- able to join immediately or within 2 weeks.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
