We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Rajkot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with their questions, requests and concerns.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer details and service records.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Polite, confident and professional personality.
- Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
