Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and communication-focused Business Development Executives to join our team in Mohali for a UAE-focused outbound calling process.
The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, and generating business opportunities through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UAE market.
- Introduce and explain the company's products/services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and follow up on business leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update customer information and call details in the company system.
- Achieve assigned calling and business development targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Candidates with experience in BDE, telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development are preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work from the Mohali office.
