Your Impact
We are seeking an experienced Java& UI Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java technologies and modern UI frameworks.
This role requires a keen eye for code quality, system performance, and troubleshooting production issues while ensuring compliance with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
What the role offers

- 4+ years of hands-on experience inJava/Java EE, Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience withPython
- Hands-on experience withSpring Boot / Spring MVC
- Experience inRESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI APIs, and AI-assisted application development
- Good understanding of Cloud technologies, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Front-end experience withAngular / React / JavaScript
- Good understanding ofHTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap




- Proficiency inPL/SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Robust understanding ofmulti-tenant applications andscalability challenges.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience in ETL tools like Open Text Integration Center, Informatica and SSIS other third party ETL tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Understanding of document management, content lifecycle, workflow, metadata, and enterprise content repositories
- Product-oriented mindset – Ability to think beyond just coding and focus on overallbusiness impact.
- Strongproblem-solving andcritical-thinking skills.
- Excellentcommunication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability towork independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Passion forcontinuous learning and improvement.
