REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

We are looking for an experienced Landscaping Executive with strong knowledge of landscaping, horticulture and project/site management within the Real Estate industry.

- 10 Years of Relevant Experience
- Relevant Real Estate Experience is Mandatory
- Strong Knowledge of Landscaping and Horticulture
- Experience in Planning and Executing Landscaping Activities
- Good Knowledge of Plant Selection, Plantation and Maintenance
- Strong Site Supervision and Contractor Coordination Skills
- Ability to Monitor Landscaping Work and Project Progress
- Good Communication and Coordination Skills
- Strong Problem-Solving and Management Skills
- Qualified, Responsible and Result-Oriented Approach





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and supervise landscaping activities at project sites
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams
- Monitor plantation, maintenance and overall landscaping work
- Ensure landscaping work is completed as per project requirements
- Supervise plant selection, plantation and maintenance activities
- Monitor quality, timelines and execution of landscaping work
- Maintain proper records and coordinate with the concerned teams
- Ensure proper upkeep and development of landscaped areas
