Key Responsibilities
- Network Building: Connect with nearby general practitioners, independent clinics, medical specialists, social workers, and local healthcare agencies.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular face-to-face visits with referral partners to promote the hospital’s specialty services, facilities, and doctors.
- Relationship Management: Maintain smooth communication with referring partners to resolve any service bottlenecks and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with digital or internal marketing teams on lead nurturing and outreach campaigns.
- Reporting: Track daily outreach activities, manage customer relationship management (CRM)
databases, and report on referral conversion outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of field sales or marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and local networking abilities. Proficiency in regional languages and English is often required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
