Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team in Bhagalpur, Bihar. In this role, you will handle end-to-end design tasks ranging from municipal/working 2D drafting to photo-realistic 3D visualizations, material selection, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- 2D Drafting & Detailing: Develop accurate 2D architectural layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical/plumbing schemes, and detailed working drawings.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Build detailed 3D interior and exterior models and produce realistic renders for client presentations.
- Concept & Mood Boards: Assist in material sourcing, finishes selection, color palettes, and fixture specifications.
- Project Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain project trackers, client presentations, design decks, and project files using Google Workspace tools.
- Site Coordination: Assist team members with on-site measurements, progress checks, and vendor coordination to ensure design intent aligns with execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design,



Architecture (B.Arch), or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial interior/architectural projects.
- Software Proficiency:
- 2D Drafting: Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- 3D & Rendering: Hands-on proficiency in SketchUp paired with V-Ray (or equivalent rendering engines like Enscape/Lumion).
- Productivity: Comfortable with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) for scheduling, documentation, and cloud collaboration.
- Bonus: Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/InDesign for post-processing and presentations.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhagalpur, Bihar.

Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
