Customer Relation Executive – Mumbai

**Salary:** 30,000 - 40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a **Customer Relation Executive** to manage customer interactions, build strong client relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates with experience in **any manufacturing industry** are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day communication with customers through calls, emails, and messages.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

* Maintain customer records, order details, and communication history.

* Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and other departments as required.

* Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.

* Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned teams.

* Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.





* Prepare regular reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

* **2–3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.**

* Experience in **any manufacturing industry** is acceptable.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

* Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments.

* Customer-focused, proactive, and organized approach.
