Electrician — Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and repair electrical systems across hostel buildings.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in rooms, common areas, and hostel facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of wiring, switchboards, lights, and power systems.
- Ensure safety standards and support any hostel maintenance projects.

Qualifications:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Trade or equivalent.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience (hostel/institution experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety procedures.

Plumber — Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and repair hostel plumbing systems including pipelines, bathrooms, water tanks, and drainage.
- Inspect and resolve water leakage, blockage, and pressure issues.
- Support day-to-day plumbing needs of hostel residents.




- Ensure proper maintenance of water supply and sanitation systems.

Qualifications:

- ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or relevant certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience (experience in hostels/institutions preferred).
- Ability to handle both routine and emergency plumbing tasks.

General Requirements

- Ability to work independently and respond to hostel maintenance needs promptly.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
