Altiz Realty is a Delhi-based real estate consultancy handling fresh/primary residential and commercial sales for end-users and investors. We're hiring a fresher to join our team as a Telecalling Executive.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential buyers/investors from provided leads
- Explain project details, pricing, and investment potential
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or site visits for the sales team
- Maintain call records and update lead status daily
- Write straightforward blog posts on real estate topics (1-2 per month)
- Coordinate with channel partners when required

Requirements:

- Graduate (any stream)
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with phone calls and basic computer use (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Freshers welcome — training provided

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
