Job Summary
Mahavir Imitation Jewelry is looking for a Computer Operator to support day-to-day office and data-entry operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, solid MS Excel and MS Word skills, and accurate typing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in company records and systems.
- Maintain daily office records and documentation.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets and reports.
- Create and format documents using MS Word.
- Maintain digital and physical files.
- Handle routine administrative and data-entry work as assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Requirements
- Graduation.
- Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of email communication.
