Suntec Web Services is looking for Freight Forwarding (Sea Import Tracing Coordinator)

Location:- Delhi- Pitampura

Excellent English communication skills is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and tracking sea import shipments from origin to final destination.
- Managing shipment status and updates based on ETD / ETA.
- Monitoring vessel schedules and identifying changes or delays.
- Handling rollovers, delays, and transshipment updates.
- Daily communication mainly with overseas agents.
- Updating internal systems and monitoring shipments according to POL / POD.
- Providing proactive shipment updates to internal teams.
- Identifying exceptions and resolving operational issues in real time.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sea import operations within a freight forwarding company.




- Proven experience working with international agents.
- Strong knowledge of shipping terminology: ETA, ETD, POL, POD, Transhipment, Roll Over.
- Very good English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Excel and freight forwarding systems.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, multitasking environment.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
