We are hiring Graduates/UG candidates with international BPO experience for a Voice Support Process with a premium UK-based consumer electronics retail brand in Gurgaon.
Job Details
- Job Location: Gurgaon
- Process: Voice Support – Consumer Electronics
- CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹32,000/month
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience
- Qualification: Graduates / UG Only
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transport: Both-Side Cabs
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries for a premium UK-based electronic retail brand
- Assist customers with service-related enquiries and general concerns
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions
- Understand customer requirements and deliver effective support
- Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout interactions
- Deliver a premium customer experience in line with process and quality standards
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling voice-based customer interactions
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Graduates and UG candidates only
- Immediate joiners only
Significant Eligibility Criteria
Only candidates currently based in Delhi or Gurgaon/Gurugram will be considered.
Candidates who require relocation to Gurgaon will NOT be considered for this position.
Immediate joiners only. Candidates serving notice period will not be considered.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC up to ₹4.50 LPA
