About the Role

RCV Technologies is looking for PHP/Laravel Developers with 1–2 years of experience to join our Software Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in backend development, good problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and SaaS products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, integrate, test, and maintain reliable and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Design and work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and modular code following OOP principles and design patterns.
- Work with JavaScript for frontend functionality and application integration.
- Implement Redis and Queues for efficient application performance and background processing.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of SaaS-based applications.
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality.
- Follow web security best practices while developing and maintaining applications.




- Work with basic Linux and AWS environments.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver features on time.
- Identify technical issues and contribute to effective and scalable solutions.
