Job Description

We are looking for confident and target-oriented Multilingual Sales Executives who can speak Telugu, Hindi and English fluently.

The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-ups, explaining our Digital Marketing and Lead Generation services, handling customer queries, booking appointments and converting prospects into paying clients.

We work with businesses across industries including Real Estate, Healthcare, Legal/Advocates and more.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.
- Explain our services and identify genuine prospects.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Handle objections and convince prospects.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Achieve sales and conversion targets.

Compensation & Earning Potential

First Month – Performance Trial

- ₹1,000 per successful and verified conversion.
- Earnings are completely performance-based during the trial period.
- The more conversions you generate,



the more you earn.

From Second Month

- ₹1,000–₹2,000+ per successful conversion based on performance, client type and company incentive structure.
- High performers may receive higher incentives.
- Earning potential: ₹15,000–₹50,000+ per month, based on performance.

Example: 15 conversions at ₹1,000 = ₹15,000.
25 conversions at ₹2,000 = ₹50,000.

Full-Time Opportunity

Candidates who perform well during the first month will be considered for a full-time position with:

Requirements

- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound sales calls.
- Strong follow-up and sales ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, smartphones and Google Sheets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
