Are you an elite, battle-tested cyber defender who operates "under the hood" of complex attacks? Win Infosoft India Private Limited is hiring on behalf of its principal company, TechHeights LLC, a premier Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Irvine, Southern California (USA).

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Cybersecurity Analyst (L3) to serve as our final line of defense. Please note: We are not looking for passive monitoring or alert-triage personnel. We are seeking a proactive, highly technical Threat Hunter and Incident Response Expert.

In this role, you will actively orchestrate a sophisticated security stack, hunting down advanced persistent threats (APTs), leading the charge against zero-day vulnerabilities, and handling critical ransomware containment and eradication for our high-value, compliance-bound US enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. L3 Advanced Threat Hunting & Forensic Analysis

- L3 Advanced Threat Hunting & Forensic Analysis
- Proactive Defense: Move beyond standard alert monitoring. Conduct deep-dive analysis of complex security logs, network telemetry, and system behavior to uncover sophisticated Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and hidden anomalies.

2. Elite Incident Response & Ransomware Mitigation

- Breach Containment: Act as the ultimate technical lead for containment, eradication, and recovery during high-severity security incidents, with an absolute focus on real-time Ransomware Mitigation.
- Vulnerability Assessments: Utilize RapidFire and Secure Breach to run deep-dive infrastructure assessments, mapping and remediating network, cloud, and endpoint weaknesses before they can be exploited.

Security Stack Orchestration & Zero Trust Architecture

- Policy Fine-Tuning: Manage, optimize, and fine-tune rigorous security policies across the endpoint, email, and network layers to eliminate false positives and harden defenses.
- Identity & Zero Trust: Architect and enforce Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) models, managing complex multi-factor authentication systems (Cisco Duo) and application whitelisting protocols (ThreatLocker).
- Compliance Alignment: Oversee automated security awareness infrastructures (KnowBe4) and verify that client environments strictly adhere to strict US regulations (CMMC, NIST 800-171, HIPAA, and SOC 2).

Candidates must possess deep, hands-on operational mastery over these or highly equivalent enterprise tools:

- EDR / MDR / XDR: SentinelOne, Huntress, Arctic Wolf
- Application Whitelisting & Ringfencing: ThreatLocker
- Email Security & Phishing Defense: Avanan, AppRiver
- Identity & Access Management: Cisco Duo (Zero Trust / MFA)
- Vulnerability Management & Risk: RapidFire, Secure Breach
- Security awareness & Simulation: KnowBe4
- Endpoint Defense: Webroot
- Root-Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform post-incident digital forensics and deep-dive root-cause analysis, authoring comprehensive technical forensic reports for executive and US-client review.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: Minimum 6–7 years of progressive, hands-on experience in a dedicated SOC or Cyber Defense environment, with a proven track record operating strictly at an L3/Engineers level. (No monitoring-only profiles will be considered).
- Technical Depth: Complete mastery of TCP/IP networking protocols, cryptography, advanced threat modeling, and modern Ransomware attack lifecycles (MITRE ATT&CK; framework).
- Communication Mastery: Impeccable spoken and written English with a neutral-to-American accent style. You must be highly articulate, capable of commanding confidence while communicating live crisis-mitigation steps to US corporate stakeholders and onshore teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: Must hold at least one heavy-hitting industry credential: CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISM, or advanced security equivalents.
- Automation & Scripting: Strong capability in PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate security orchestration and response playbooks.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience securing hybrid environments, specifically Microsoft Azure or AWS.
