Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with various TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients for cashless and reimbursement cases.
- Manage the complete process of pre-authorisation, admission approval, discharge approval, and claim submission.
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation, medical records, bills, discharge summaries, and claim forms within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, accounts, and hospital administration for timely processing of insurance cases.
- Follow up regularly with TPAs and insurance companies regarding pending approvals, queries, deductions, and claim settlements.
- Maintain proper records of all cashless and reimbursement cases.
- Ensure compliance with insurance company and TPA guidelines and hospital policies.
- Handle patient and attendant queries related to insurance coverage, approvals, and claim procedures professionally.
- Identify discrepancies in documents or bills and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to TPA cases, approvals, pending claims, and settlements.
- Stay updated with changes in insurance policies, TPA procedures, and healthcare regulations.




- Support the hospital team in improving the efficiency of the cashless and insurance process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare or hospital management qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in TPA, insurance coordination, or hospital billing.
- Prior experience in an Ayurveda hospital or knowledge of Ayurveda treatment procedures is preferred and will be given priority.
- Valuable knowledge of cashless insurance processes, pre-authorization, claim documentation, and reimbursement procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and hospital management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Ayurveda hospitals, Panchakarma procedures, Ayurvedic treatment packages, and insurance coordination for inpatient and daycare services will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
