Travel Sales & Operations Executive

ABCD HOLIDAYS is looking for responsible candidates to join our team as Travel Sales & Operations Executives. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in the travel industry are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and email
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tour packages
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Prepare domestic and international tour itineraries and quotations
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines and DMC partners
- Manage bookings, payment follow-ups and travel documents
- Provide pre-tour and on-tour assistance to customers
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records
- Support social-media enquiries and other routine office activities

Candidate Requirements:

- Any degree or diploma; Tourism and Hospitality qualification is preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and WhatsApp
- Knowledge of itinerary preparation and Canva will be an advantage
- Willingness to learn about destinations and tour packages




- Responsible, punctual and capable of working as part of a team
- Candidates residing near Tallakulam or within Madurai city are preferred

Employment Details:

- Job Type: Full-time and permanent
- Initial probation period: 3 months
- Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, based on experience and skills
