Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking an Assistant Area Manager - Broking to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the broking operations in your designated area, ensuring that our services and products are effectively communicated to clients and partners. You will collaborate with the sales team to drive growth, maintain strong relationships with brokers, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and expanding the broker network in the assigned area.
- Provide training and support to brokers on our insurance products and services.




- Monitor the performance of brokers and provide feedback to improve sales and customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for brokers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on broker performance and market insights for management review.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or broker management, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with brokers and clients.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and performance data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
