Job Summary

The Deputy Nursing Superintendent (DNS) is responsible for supporting the Nursing Superintendent in the overall administration, coordination, supervision, and management of nursing services. The role ensures effective nursing operations, quality patient care, adequate staffing, staff discipline, compliance with hospital policies, and continuous improvement of nursing standards.

Educational Qualification

1. B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.

2. Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.

3. Postgraduate qualification in Nursing Administration / Hospital Administration is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,188.61 - ₹40,000.00 per month
