NPrep is hiring Counsellors , who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into enrollments/sales through calls and follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students via calls and WhatsApp.
- Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresh graduates from any discipline (0–1 year experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
