Sales Manager:- Plot sales experience

Location: Chennai, Trichy, Salem, Namkkal, Coimbatore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 6+ years of solid experience in Real Estate Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading sales teams, generating business, and successfully converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Generate and convert leads through various channels, including digital leads, referrals, networking, and direct enquiries.
- Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure high conversion rates.
- Handle client negotiations and close plot sales effectively.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Track individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for team members and ensure consistent achievement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and review daily/weekly/monthly performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Registration teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
