Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for a passionate and skilled Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer to train students preparing for Banking, SSC, RRB, TNPSC, and other competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and exam-oriented classes in Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.
- Explain concepts, shortcuts, and problem-solving techniques clearly.
- Prepare practice questions, study materials, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Help students improve their speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Analyze student performance and provide individual feedback.
- Train students in effective exam strategies and time management.
- Stay updated with the latest competitive exam patterns and syllabus.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's / Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Robust knowledge of Aptitude and Reasoning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Competitive exam teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
