ORM Executive – Gurgaon | Leading FMCG Client

We are hiring Graduates with relevant ORM experience for an Online Reputation Management (ORM) role with a leading FMCG client in Gurgaon.

Job Details

- Job Location: Gurgaon
- Process: Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Client: Leading FMCG Brand
- CTC: Up to ₹6.50 LPA
- Qualification: Graduates Only
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of ORM experience
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transport: Both-Side Cabs
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Role & Responsibilities

- Monitor customer conversations about the brand across online, digital and social media platforms
- Respond to customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally and promptly
- Address customer concerns while maintaining a positive brand image
- Monitor online conversations and identify potential reputation-related issues
- Provide accurate and appropriate responses in line with brand guidelines
- Escalate critical or sensitive customer issues to the relevant teams
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Proactively contribute towards protecting and improving the brand's online reputation
- Maintain a consistent, professional and customer-focused communication style

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of relevant ORM experience




- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Excellent written communication and customer-handling skills
- Valuable understanding of social media and online customer interactions
- Ability to handle customer complaints and sensitive conversations professionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners only

Important Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates currently based in Delhi or Gurgaon/Gurugram will be considered.

Candidates requiring relocation to Gurgaon will NOT be considered.

Salary & Benefits
