We are looking for a Telecalling Staff to join our office team.
Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Vyttila,Ernakulam
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads
- Explain our products/services clearly
- Follow up with potential customers
- Maintain customer information and call records
- Achieve daily/monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Malayalam & English communication preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Previous telecalling experience will be an advantage
