Job Overview

Universal Green Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new customers and business opportunities across assigned markets.
- Promote company products and generate sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits and develop current market opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, objections and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and order-related activities.
- Support payment collection and maintain proper follow-up with customers.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.




- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market insights to management.
- Travel across Kerala as required for business development and customer visits.

Requirements

- Qualification: Degree / Diploma / MBA or any relevant qualification.
- Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned business targets.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary + Incentives: Up to ₹75,000 per month
- Annual Bonus: Provided
- Food & Accommodation: Not Provided

Work Schedule

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Expected Joining: September / October

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated sales professional who can independently manage market activities, develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships and contribute directly to the company's sales growth across Kerala.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
