Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end execution of asphalt and road construction projects.

* Plan and supervise taking levels, DBM, BC, WMM, GSB, tack coat and other bituminous works.

* Coordinate hot mix plant, paver, rollers, transport, manpower, and other equipment.

* Ensure work is executed as per MORTH/IRC specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

* Monitor daily productivity, material consumption, equipment utilization, and project costs.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.

* Ensure timely completion of project milestones and maintain project schedules.

* Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

* Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements.





* Prepare and review daily/weekly progress and project reports.

Requirements

* Strong hands-on experience in asphalt paving and highway/road projects.

* Good knowledge of asphalt plant and paving machinery.

* Experience in managing large site teams and multiple resources.

* Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of project costing, quantities, and productivity will be an advantage.

* Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
