Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NPD Executive to manage the development of new packaging products from concept to production. The candidate should have good knowledge of packaging materials, product development, trials, costing, and coordination with Production, Quality, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle new product development as per customer requirements and specifications.

- Study customer requirements, drawings, samples, and product specifications.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and other departments for product development.

- Plan and coordinate trials and sample development.

- Monitor product trials and ensure the product meets required specifications.

- Identify and resolve issues during product development and trials.

- Maintain NPD documentation, development records, and sample approvals.

- Coordinate with customers for sample development and modifications, wherever required.

- Support in cost estimation and material selection for new products.





- Ensure successful transfer of approved products from development to regular production.

- Follow company quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Packaging / Printing industry.

- Understanding of packaging materials, production processes, and quality requirements.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to read and understand product specifications/drawings.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in NPD / New Product Development, preferably in the Packaging, Printing, Flexible Packaging, or related manufacturing industry.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having hands-on experience in packaging product development, trials, customer samples, specifications, and coordination with production & quality teams will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
