Ø Have compliance responsibility for maintenance of equipment, instruments and infrastructure as required for monitoring in-process quality control.

Ø Be responsible for scheduled maintenance, break down maintenance, and utility operations.

Ø FMCG Machines Automation and Usage of Less Manpower utilisation.

Ø Calibration of equipment as per Calibration Schedule.

Ø Identification of calibration status of equipment.

Ø Maintenance of calibration records.

Ø Fire & Safety Management.

Ø AMC follow-up.

Ø O&M; of STP/ETP, Thermic fluid, Power Generator.

Ø Responsible for indent the spares required for maintenance as well as preventive maintained.

Ø Planning and implementation preventive-maintained schedules.

Ø Participation (as applicable) in maintaining sanitation and hygiene standards as per the company’s approved Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs).





Ø Carrying out relevant applicable activities as per the documented FSMS.

Ø Maintaining maintenance related records.

Ø Execution of maintenance activities as per plan.

Ø Monitoring spares usage and identifying requirements.

Ø Maintaining maintenance related records.

Ø Ensuring calibration is done and recorded as per the schedule.

Ø Participation (as applicable) in maintaining sanitation and hygiene standards as per the company’s approved Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs).

Ø Carrying out relevant applicable activities as per the documented FSMS.

Ø Implement the preventive maintenance schedule.
