Job Summary

Office 2000 Solutions is looking for a skilled AV Engineer to join our onsite team in the NCR Region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Audio-Visual (AV) systems at client locations while ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission Audio-Visual systems at client sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to AV equipment.
- Handle project execution, testing, and system handover to clients.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AV systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients during project implementation.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during onsite work.
- Provide user training and technical support after installation.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of AV systems, including Display Devices, Projectors, LED Walls, Video Conferencing Systems, Audio Systems, and Control Systems.
- Experience in installation, wiring, rack mounting, cable termination, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and similar collaboration solutions.
- Ability to read technical drawings and AV schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the NCR Region for onsite assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related field.
- Relevant AV certifications will be an added advantage.
