Position: Foundry Quality Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Foundry Quality Engineer to strengthen our quality team and ensure our products consistently meet customer and automotive industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-process and final inspection of foundry products.
- Understand engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements for inspection.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 quality management system requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and process reports.
- Perform calibration and verification of measuring and inspection instruments.




- Conduct dimensional inspections using standard measuring equipment.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production and Process teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or related Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in foundry or automotive manufacturing quality.
- Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949 documentation.
- Experience using inspection and measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other quality equipment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
