Role Purpose

The MIS Executive is responsible for capturing, verifying, and reporting sales, stock, order, and merchandising data to support accurate MIS reporting. The role ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, and coordination with sales, billing, and field teams through systematic verification and SFA-based validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture Super Stockist (P2) sales and closing stock data
- Tabulate and submit consolidated data to the MIS department within timelines
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of sales and stock submissions
- Verify distributor sales data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify discrepancies and report deviations to respective RSMs
- Follow up for corrections and timely data closure
- Verify P1 orders against Sales Officer (SO) inputs
- Identify variations and report discrepancies to the billing department
- Ensure order data alignment before billing and dispatch
- Verify merchandising activities at outlets through SFA systems
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and reporting standards
- Highlight non-compliance or gaps to the concerned stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to data submission timelines and MIS SOPs
- Maintain structured records for audit and review purposes
- Support accuracy and reliability of sales and operational reports
- Coordinate with Sales, RSMs, Billing, and MIS teams for issue resolution
- Provide timely and accurate data support to internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills





- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, sales reporting, or data handling roles
- Working knowledge of SFA tools and MS Excel
- Robust attention to detail and data validation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
