Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle admission enquiries.
- Explain courses, admission procedures, fees, and available facilities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries into campus visits and admissions.
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
- Handle student queries professionally and politely.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident, positive, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
