Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to work closely with the CEO in shaping the strategy, positioning, and growth of our IT services business. This role will identify new opportunities, strengthen our service offerings, and drive key strategic initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the CEO on company strategy, priorities, and growth opportunities.
- Define and refine service offerings based on market demand and competition.
- Own strategic decisions around website positioning, messaging, and company presentation.
- Identify new markets, technologies, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for current services and solutions.
- Coordinate with technology, sales,



and marketing teams to ensure initiatives are executed.
- Track strategic initiatives and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate:
8+ years of experience in IT/software services, strategy, consulting, growth, or business leadership. Strong business judgment, good understanding of technology, excellent communication, and the ability to independently research, recommend, and execute decisions.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
