About the Role

Warehouse47 is looking for an Operations Executive to manage the execution of events, brand activations, experiential campaigns, and immersive brand solutions.

The role involves end-to-end event execution, vendor and production management, logistics, budgeting, client coordination, and on-ground operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced event environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of events, brand activations, experiential campaigns, and music/entertainment IPs.
- Plan and manage timelines, checklists, production schedules, and on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, production teams, technical teams, venues, artists, freelancers, and other stakeholders.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors while ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain budget sheets, element sheets, production requirements, and operational trackers.
- Manage logistics, inventory, permissions, installations, dismantling, and other event requirements.
- Coordinate brand integrations and ensure sponsorship and client deliverables are executed as planned.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, marketing, design, and client servicing teams.




- Support the execution of technology-enabled experiences and interactive installations.
- Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and ensure smooth project delivery from pre-production to post-event.
- Coordinate and manage on-ground staff, freelancers, and temporary teams as required.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in event operations, experiential marketing, production, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of event production, vendors, logistics, and on-ground execution.
- Positive vendor and freelancer network is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel for events and projects.
- Basic understanding of technology-led experiences and digital installations is a plus.
