- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Lead Generation / Business Development.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment industry.
- Experience working with US clients, staffing firms, vendors, or direct clients.
- Positive knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, email marketing, and lead-generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers and potential clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Comfortable working in US time zones / night shifts.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
