 Job Description:

 Ensure maximum accountability and accuracy for management of technology assets, vendors, software

licensing, and hardware support

 Provide technical expertise and oversee troubleshooting/problem analysis on IT infrastructure issues

 Lead the provision of support for the applications and product teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimized

impact of critical incidents

 Oversee the process of providing level 2 and level 3 support to end-users and resolving incidents related to IT

infrastructure services

 Oversees the day-to-day support of all production platforms to ensure the high availability, integrity, and

confidentiality of the network, servers, storage, telecommunications services and information

 Lead the scheduling of support backups and restoration of systems, and plan and test disaster recovery for the

infrastructure.

 Maintain a disaster recovery plan for IT operations and production systems and coordinate responses to

emergency production issues; resolve conflicting demands from users for service

 Provide technical input and recommendations for contracts, software and related goods and services

needed for technology areas. Negotiate with and direct vendors and contractors, including contract

management

 Performing and monitoring of technical checks, analyzing errors and tracking solutions of errors, planning and

performing upgrade and installations tests for assembly and validation

 Monitor the channels through which information flows into and out of an organization's information network and

providing the infrastructure for protecting an organization from cyber attacks.

 Safeguards information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.

 Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.





 Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations.

 Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.

 Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.

 Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.

 Keeps users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status.

 Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

 Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Must Have Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

 BE/BTech from reputed Institute

 Additional Certifications - CCDP or CCIE are desirable

 Minimum of 10 - 12 years of prior relevant experience

 Experience of design of local area, wide area networks and Cloud integration

 Experience with cloud infrastructure

 Experience building and maintaining VPN networks to support Remote user connectivity including integration

into Multi-factor authentication solutions

 Excellent understanding of IP, MPLS, WAN, SDWAN, Wireless networking technologies

 Experience with Cisco switches & routers, Checkpoint NGFW, SDWAN technologies

 Must have experience working in an enterprise Datacenter workplace

 Good understanding of networking, virtualization, storage and operating system components

 Ability to work independently or with little supervision. To be able to interact professionally with a diverse group of

partners, senior managers, subject matter experts and managing cross-functional projects

 End to end Vendor handling experience

 Work under pressure

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
