Position: Junior Architect

Experience: 0–4 Years

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Architecture

Salary- 20k-40k

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The selected candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects while working closely with senior architects and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and layouts

2. Develop 2D drawings and 3D models as per project requirements

3. Support in concept development, presentations, and design documentation

4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders

5. Conduct site visits and assist in site supervision when required

6. Ensure compliance with building codes and project standards

Revise drawings based on feedback and project updates

Required Skills

8. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop

9. Basic understanding of architectural design and construction methods

10. Good visualization and rendering skills

11. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

12. Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Attributes

13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

14. Willingness to learn and adapt in a skilled environment

15. Basic knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
