Job Summary

Country Inn Premier Mussoorie is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good grooming standards, and a willingness to deliver high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.
- Ensure all housekeeping areas are maintained with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist in room preparation, cleaning, and replenishment of guest amenities.
- Handle guest requests and queries related to housekeeping in a polite and professional manner.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the concerned supervisor.
- Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.




- Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials properly.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments whenever required to ensure smooth guest service.
- Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Solid attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Hospitality or hotel management

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
