Job Responsibilities

- Conduct soft skills training sessions for students.
- Train students in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct sessions on interview skills, group discussions, and workplace etiquette.
- Develop and deliver engaging training activities and practical exercises.
- Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in improving confidence, personality, and employability skills.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding training schedules and student progress.
- Maintain basic training records and reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, or student development.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Robust interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
