- Provide production support for PLM applications and related business processes
- Monitor application health and ensure availability of production systems
- Handle incident problem and change management activities in line with support processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
Technical Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Maintenance and Production Support Processes
- Experience in PLM Product Lifecycle Management Production Support
