Flight Ticketing Staff

Club Travalet is looking for an experienced Ticketing Staff to join our team.

Work Location: Kalamassery, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Ticketing
Salary: Best in the Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings and reservations.
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and modify tickets as required.
- Manage PNRs, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.
- Assist customers with itinerary and ticket-related queries.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners when required.
- Ensure accurate and timely ticketing services.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international ticketing procedures.
- Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced travel environment.
