Position Summary:

We are seeking an Architect with an interest and aptitude for urban design to work on public projects across the country. This is an opportunity to contribute to large-scale, complex projects such as waterfront developments, street design, and campus master planning.

Responsibilities:

- Develop concept, schematic, tender, and detailed drawings in line with HCP's design philosophy and standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams within the office.
- Collaborate with consultants, specialists, and advisors to integrate their inputs while preserving the design intent.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor project progress, and ensure design adherence.
- Prepare clear and compelling presentations and reports to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with building regulations and applicable norms throughout the design process.
- Establish project timelines and consistently meet deadlines.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required)

Experience:

- 1–3 years in architecture or urban design practice.

Skills (Mandatory):

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.
- Robust graphic and presentation abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.

Skills (Preferred):

- Knowledge of ArchiCAD.
