Role: SEO Analyst

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Analyst to manage and execute SEO strategies, improve organic search visibility, and drive quality traffic and leads. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on SEO knowledge, good analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle and guide a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities
- Perform website audits and identify SEO issues and improvement opportunities
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and URL structures
- Plan and manage link-building and off-page SEO activities
- Analyze Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Identify algorithm changes, SEO trends, and implement best practices accordingly
- Coordinate with content, development,



and marketing teams for SEO requirements
- Handle, guide, and monitor the performance of the SEO team
- Assign tasks, track deliverables, review team performance, and ensure timely completion
- Conduct team discussions and provide guidance to junior SEO team members
- Communicate SEO strategies, progress, challenges, and results effectively with management and internal teams

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Solid knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
- Positive understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of SEO performance metrics and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team handling and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on results
