Job Description:
The Vice President & Head of Strategic Initiatives for Growth Channels at Axis Max Life Insurance will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at driving growth through various channels. This role involves developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance market share, improve customer acquisition and retention, and optimize channel performance. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with strategic objectives while creating a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for growth channels in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in existing and emerging markets, assessing the potential impact of various strategic initiatives.




- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to design and launch new growth-focused programs and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Present strategic recommendations and progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in driving cross-functional collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, customer engagement, and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and CRM systems for tracking performance metrics and driving insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
