Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the design team to ensure quality and accuracy of designs
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficient and timely completion of jewelry pieces
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain production schedules
- Establish and monitor quality control standards
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Maintain records of production and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Scope of the Production Manager Role

1. General business operations

2. Production planning, scheduling and control

3. Quality control and technical troubleshooting

4. Assessing project and resource requirements

5. Tracking and monitoring the production process; setting benchmarks with optimum resource utilization.

6. Develop processes for data collection, analysis, and implementation of recent methods.

7. Monitor - Productivity, Rejection levels, and review action plans; shop vital objectives, Cost per gram (Overall & department-wise), Shift plans, Days of gold stock

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
