Junior Engineers (Waterproofing)

Job Summary/Objective: The Junior Engineers will support waterproofing projects with on-site experience and technical expertise. With 1-3 years of experience, they will assist in project execution, communication, and preparation of quotations and BOQs.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct site inspections to identify leakage, seepage, dampness, and waterproofing defects.





● Analyze site conditions and recommend suitable waterproofing systems.

● Support waterproofing projects with on-site activities, including installation and quality control.

● Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and quotations for projects.

● Communicate effectively with project teams, suppliers, and clients.

● Conduct measurements and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.

● Assist senior engineers in resolving technical issues and challenges.

● Document project progress and maintain accurate records.

● Adhere to standards and safety regulations on-site.

● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

● 1-3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in waterproofing.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of preparing BOQs and quotations.

● Ability to work in a agile and fast-paced environment.
