We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team and assist our HR department with daily operations. This role is a great fit for someone who wants to learn human resources functions, build career skills, and help us find and support outstanding talent

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment Support:
- Post and update job openings on job boards and social networks.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Records:
- Update internal employee databases with new hire details and contact information.
- Help organize and file HR documents securely.
- Collect basic payroll data such as working hours and leave records.
- Employee Engagement & Admin:
- Assist in planning company events, team meetings, and orientations.
- Answer basic employee questions about company benefits and policies.
- Distribute company policy updates to staff members.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
